LAB14 Management Board as of 1 October 2026

Thomas Wiedermann joins LAB14 on 1 October 2026 as Chief Change Officer. Drawing on his leadership experience at internationally operating mid-sized companies, he brings extensive expertise in strategic business development, value chain process optimization, and performance management. Wiedermann will assume operational leadership of LAB14, with a primary focus on Operational Efficiency, Performance and Strategic Development.

Jenny Rittmaier will continue in her role as Co-Managing Director and CFO of LAB14, maintaining her focus on Finance and Treasury.

Together, they form the new dual leadership of LAB14, succeeding the previous management team.
Martin Wynaendts van Resandt, previously CEO, will transition to the role of Non-Executive Chairman of LAB14 as of 1 October.
Dr. Ferdinand Rudolph-Bartels, previously Chief Technology Officer, will move to SPECSGROUP, a subsidiary of LAB14, as Managing Director.
