Heidelberg, November 19, 2024 – Lab14 Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Nanoscribe, a leading provider of high-precision 3D microfabrication technologies. This strategic addition further strengthens the Group’s position as a global innovator in micro- and nanotechnology.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, Nanoscribe is a pioneer in Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP) technology. With over 15 years of expertise, the company has built a solid reputation in the field of 3D printing, serving renowned customers from the academic and industrial sectors worldwide. The team of over 100 qualified employees operates from locations in Germany, China and the United States, bringing technological excellence, entrepreneurial stability and innovative strength to the Lab14 Group.
Strengthening expertise in high-precision 3D printing
The acquisition represents a major milestone for Lab14, complementing the Group’s existing portfolio and advancing its commitment to innovation. Together with Multiphoton Optics, one of Lab14’s current subsidiaries, Nanoscribe enhances the capabilities in high-precision 3D printing technologies. This alignment enables the Group to further explore opportunities in microfabrication and better serve industries such as micro-optics, biomedical engineering and photonics.
